February update

We hope this finds you well. It’s a weird old world we’re living in at present.

Teams of Three - The Committee met earlier this month and it has been agreed that it would be unlikely we would be able to run the Teams of Three competition that was due to open our 2021 season at Llandrindod Wells Golf Club in March. It has therefore, been hopefully not cancelled, but postponed until later on in the year.

April Competitions - a decision on whether we are able to hold these will be made at the next Committee meeting in early March.

Girl’s and County Championships - may be reduced from 2 day events to 1 day. Decision to be made at March committee meeting.

Handicap League - Rules updated, please see relevant section on website.

County Books - If you purchased one in 2020, you need not do anything other than complete relevant competition entry forms to enter competitions. If you did not buy a County Card in 2020 you will need to complete the application form and send relevant remittance (£5 member, £10 associate member) to Sue Jones. County Competitions - Entry forms accepted by post (hard copies may be available from your club delegates) or submitted by email. Once some decisions have been made about whether they will be running and how they will be run, the application forms will be available as both fillable pdf and word versions. If you find you cannot open one type, the other may work.
